Your new favourite hour: Oyster Hour
08 Dec 2015
As well as being a rave worthy restaurant, South Bank’s Stokehouse Q is also home to a sweet riverside bar, perfect for indulging in cocktails and bar bites of an evening. And this summer, the bar is set to be the ultimate daytime venue as well, with Oyster Hour happening every weekend for a midday treat. Giving you the perfect excuse to drink champagne before noon, Oyster Hour is an aperitif experience featuring champagne and oysters that will be available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am-12pm. Sip on Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin French champagne for $14 a glass and knock back natural oysters for $2 each, while you take in the view from the deck and soak up some summer sun. Because what says summer in Brisbane more than oysters and drinking in the sun? Whether you indulge before lunch at Stokehouse Q, stop by for a pre-Christmas shopping snack (god knows we all need champagne to get through that) or just use it as an excuse to catch up with friends, Oyster Hour is here to make your summer a bubbly one.
