Ready for a plate smashing time? The Greek Club has reopened with an absolute bang, and the new signature Greek restaurant, Nostimo Restaurant & Bar, is set to open at the end of June. Internationally acclaimed Sydney-based Greek Chef, David Tsirekas will be spicing things up as Chef in Residence, creating a menu that celebrates local ingredients as well as combining modern and classical Greek flavours.
