We're calling it, November is officially the spritziest month of the year.

Ahh November, the downward slope of the year where it’s finally appropriate to get excited about Christmas and summer comes out to play.

With the warmer weather comes the need to ditch the heavy reds and slip into something a bit spritzier.

Holy Spritz | Riverbar and Kitchen | Eagle Street Pier

Riverbar and Kitchen will make you say ‘Holy spritz’ with their newest seasonal pop-up featuring 10 brand new spritz flavours! For the whole month of November, you can enjoy the likes of Cuba Libres to Bitter sweet spritzes with one of the best views in Brisbane. They’ve even curated a spiffy new mocktail offering if you’re looking for something sans-alcohol.

Fish and Spritz | One Fish Two Fish | Kangaroo Point

The lunch forecast is fishy with a side of spritz in November as One Fish Two Fish bring their latest feast to town. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in November, get your best fishes together and swim down to One Fish Two Fish for a six-course long lunch where you can either enjoy a spritz on arrival or unlimited spritzes as you feast. Choose between six different flavours like the pink peach spritz as you feast on crumbed flounder in charcoal bao buns and prawn dumplings, to name a few. You can book your table here and have a squiz at the full menu here

Greca | Howard Smith Wharves

Tasty Greek fare, stunning Brisbane city views and a spritz in hand. Sorry, did we just describe the perfect summer’s day? Greca is loved by all for their mouth-watering Greek eats (we’re looking at you, saganaki) but did you know they also have a dedicated spritz menu, too? Get herbaceous with the karpouzi spritz with watermelon, vodka, Aperol and basil or go for the house spritz with lemon, Athen’s vermouth, mastica and prosecco if you really want a taste of Greece.

Spritz, Calamari and Chips | The Defiant Duck | Newstead

As if we needed another reason to love Saturdays, The Defiant Duck hits us with three of our favourite things at once. Pull up a stool from 3pm to 5pm every Saturday and get feasting on tasty calamari and chips with an icey cold spritz in hand.

Gerard’s Bar | Fortitude Valley

If you’re looking for good vibes and a great spritz then you’ll find it at the quirky bar in a carpark on James Street. We could only be talking about Gerard’s Bar, of course! Take a walk on the spritzy side and saddle up with their bergamot spritz, a perfect summer blend of gin, Italicus, Earl Grey syrup, lemon and sparkling wine. Just add: your pals.

The Terrace | Emporium Hotel | South Bank

Welcome in summer the spritz way at The Terrace where you’ll find one of the best views in Brisbane and a dang tasty spritz. The Terrace Spritz is essentially summer in a glass, with a zesty blend of kaffir lime infused Tropical Island rum, passionfruit, fresh lime, passionfruit liqueur topped with nitro charged coconut foam and served with candied mango. She’s sweet, she’s tasty, she’s fun and she’s what you’re November days have been missing.

Now all we need is a Christmas spritz…
