Victoria Park Bistro is serving fresh and punchy flavours with a seasonal twist with the launch of their fresh new summer menu; expect modern Australian flavours, bistro classics, and something healthy (or not so healthy…) for absolutely everyone. 

Just like us, Victoria Park Bistro has had a summer glow-up with the addition of a brand-new grill, meaning summer flavours are fresh, juicy, and bold! 

Dig into new options like grilled green prawns with fresh mango and Asian slaw salad and Thai chilli caramel, or spiced Victorian lamb served with rosemary-roasted beetroot, flatbread and yoghurt.

Salads (we see you, grilled chicken Caesar), burgers, five new wood-fired pizzas and decadent desserts round out Victoria Park Bistro’s lunch and dinner offerings.

You might know it as a great northside spot to dine alfresco for lunch, but did you know Victoria Park Bistro also dishes up a ‘gram-worthy breakfast? Brekky fare has an emphasis on health and wellness, as well as global flavours, like the shakshuka with egg, smoked labne, coriander and sourdough. 

Stir-fried pork mie goreng with a soft fried egg is sure to be a hit, along with the Vietnamese-style black rice with coconut yoghurt, fresh mango and toasted sesame crunch for the sweet-tooths out there!
