Say hello to Uh Oh Spaghettio: The Valley’s new spot for Italian beats and eats

Hospitality legends Samantha Fitzpatrick of Cakes & Shit and Sam Holman of Black Lab Coffee have teamed up to create a unique dining experience that will bring back late nights, good times and delicious eats to the Valley.

Serving up delicious Italian cuisine from Wednesday to Sunday until the wee hours, you can now dance the night away whilst satisfying all your late-night pizza and pasta cravings. 

Uh Oh Spaghettio couldn’t be further from your average late-night feed in the Valley. Forget greasy pizza slices and kebabs – Uh Oh Spaghetti Oh is here to provide high quality, delicious Italian cuisine until the early hours of the morning. 

The menu will showcase your favourite traditional Italian flavours with a creative flair, with dishes like mac and cheese infused with Peroni, and a pairing like red wine, bone marrow and octopus. There will also be three rotating specials each week, with the restaurant collaborating with neighbouring venues and producers to create limited edition dishes.

The drinks menu is equally as exciting, with a banging cocktail list and beer and spritzes on tap. Sip on a spritz and dance the night away to a whole lot of 80s music, as there’ll be a DJ spinning tunes until the early morning. 

Spend the evening soaking up the buzzing atmosphere of the venue, which is a vibrant hive within the heritage-listed space – think feature walls lined with vintage posters, pops of neon and crazy wall art. 

If you’re into good tunes and good food, Uh Oh Spaghettio is sure to be a winner.
