Tortas with Mascarpone and Poached Baby Figs

Rehydrate Baby figs in a little water on the stove for 12 minutes or until soft. Allow to cool. 2. In the meantime, stir 1⁄2 teaspoon of vanilla paste and cream into mascarpone and spread on a round platter. Leave room around the edges for broken Tortas. 3. Top mascarpone with baby figs (cut in half). 4. Sprinkle with rose petals and edible glitter. 5. Place in the middle of the table to share. To be eaten like a dip, using the Tortas as a scoop!
