Toast to The Tropic and Gold Coast’s newest bottomless brunch

Some hot news coming in from The Tropic today.

We’ve asked the Gold Coast for their upcoming foodie forecast, and by all reports it’ll be champagne showers the whole month long as a new bottomless brunch moves into town!

Located inside Burleigh Pavilion,  The Tropic’s Bottomless Beachside Brunch is a sunny seaside spritz and savoury soiree that is sure to delight the senses!

More than your standard Saturday brunch, The Tropic’s beachside banquet promises a seemingly endless range of seasonal small and large share-style plates carefully curated by executive chef Guillaume Zika.

A little seagull has told us that gracing the brunch menu will be fancy eats along the lines of freshly shucked oysters, hot toasties stuffed with mortadella and truffle, prawn cocktail rolls, and a signature woodfired pork bun!

Don’t think you’ll be rolling out without just desserts either – this brunch promises to end on a sweet note, offering a variety of chocolate and strawberry cupcakes, alongside tasty lemon meringue tarts.

While all this could be yours 11am-1pm on Saturdays at The Tropic for just $55pp, rumour has it you can upgrade your brunch to be bottomless in more ways than one with the restaurant’s Chandon or Veuve Clicquot packages!

For $99, pair all your brunchy plates with flowing NV Chandon and NV Chandon rosé, or top up instead with Veuve Clicquot’s irresistible brut and rosé bottles instead.
