Spirits Platform is hosting ‘Toast the Macallan,’ an exclusive pop-up dining experience at the Roslyn Packer Theatre, to celebrate a revered range of single malt whiskies. How neat does that sound? On June 1 and June 3, you’ll be able to grasp a glass of the iconic brand’s latest single malt, The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old. The evening dining sessions will feature whisky-tasting masterclasses from brand ambassador, Sieste Offringa, as well as signature cocktails, and a perfectly paired three course menu curated by Biota Dining’s very own acclaimed chef, James Viles.
