Two’s an unforgettable feast.

Having mastered the art of hosting unique private events, West Village’s spectacular The Bromley Room #2 is continuing its creative streak with two of Brisbane’s leading chefs and caterers stepping onto the venue’s pristine culinary scene.

The names set to ring a bell (and leave you wanting to ring The Bromley Room #2 for an immediate enquiry), are Alastair McLeod and William Wallace, both having impacted Brisbane’s dining scene for the better with years of experience and commendation under their award-winning belts.

Ensuring that your guests are awestruck by never-before-tasted dishes, The Bromley Room #2 has partnered with McLeod and Wallace due to the quality of food they’re able to plate up, and their commitment to working with locally-sourced Queensland produce (the proof is in the preparation).

From his years of entertaining and encouraging aspiring chefs and home cooks through televised platforms such as Ready Steady Cook and self-created Off the Eaten Track, McLeod now prefers to bring his wow-factor to the table alongside personal catering company, Al’FreshCo Catering.

“We create bespoke, restaurant quality, designed meals specifically to suit your clients’ tastes, style and budget. We believe each event is unique and is too special to simply select food from a standard list,” McLeod admirably states.

Between McLeod and Al’FreshCo Catering, the powerhouse team craft everything from spice crusted lamb shoulder with fennel ratatouille and potato gratin to crème brulee tarts with strawberry purée, offering a pleasant play on diners’ palates.

In a similar fashion, Wallace and his executive team at Events by William Wallace bring collective international experience from some of the world’s most renowned restaurants (including Noma) to present an innovative take on contemporary Australian dining.

A feast for the stomach and the eyes is brought to fruition whenever Wallace and his trusty team enter the kitchen, with the likes of koji-cured kingfish with gin infused cucumber and smoked buttermilk, beef short rib with aged tomato, smoked marrow and horseradish, and wild strawberry, river mint and chocolate aero to be remembered long after your event is over.
