Ahoy, seafood lovers!

Prepare to taste the flavours of the Adriatic this month as a new seasonal dish sets sail in sunny New Farm. 

That’s right – while there might be plenty of fish in the sea worth putting on your plate, Bar Alto has reeled in the very best to create a sensational spring catch: a seafood brodetto. 

For those unfamiliar with the Italian lingo (don’t worry, we’ll forgive you) a brodetto is a seafood stew so damn tasty it’ll have you shouting, ‘Oh my cod!’ from the first slurp. 

Proving to be a mouthful in more ways than one, this sensational seafood extravaganza is brimming with all your favourite flavours, including champagne lobster, king prawns, red snapper, scallops, calamari, clams and mussels — AKA every seafood lover’s dream.

Served with stacks of crusty bread and paired with your choice of Aperol spritz or prosecco on arrival, this is one spring special worth shelling out for. 

Available for just $39 per person every lunchtime until the end of October, don’t fish out!
