Taking the saying, ‘I’m so hungry, I could eat a horse!’ to a whole new level is Pony Dining Brisbane, as new head chef Michael Crosbie shakes things up with his brand-new signature menu. 

We’re not horsing around here. Michael Crosbie is a master of his culinary craft, and his delightful new menu promises to offer guests a fine dining experience that will have you relaxing alongside pristine riverside views in no time.    Pony Dining Keeping things fresh and flavoursome are the dishes on Crosbie’s starter menu, such as unrefined kingfish sliced to perfection, paired with radish, yuzu, shiso, and qukes (by the way, qukes is the fancy name for baby cucumbers – so cute!)  

Pony’s mains will take your on a wild ride, especially its locally sourced snapper, whose sweet savour is perfectly balanced by shiitake mushrooms, pine nuts, sorrel, buttermilk, and a dash of feves.  And how could we forget about dessert! Well look no further than the blood orange & Chocolate sorbet, or Milk & Honey parfait whose delicate textures and zests are guaranteed to never disappoint!   pony dining
