Think of all the delicious things you’ve chowed down on as part of Eat Local Week, but imagine them delivered in a box! The Scenic Rim Farm Box delivers just that, with fresh produce from this food-producing powerhouse region now available year-round. The boxes, which are collated weekly, include seasonal fresh produce like limes from Limes 4 U at Beechmont, chives and rocket from Riverdale Herbs, cheese from Scenic Rim 4Real Milk, and yoghurt from Towri Sheep Cheeses. Brisbane Valley Farm Direct

Straight from the picturesque Coominya area, you’ve probably tried Brisbane Valley quail, beef, or chicken on some of Brisbane’s best menus, and now you can buy it for yourself, all while supporting a local farming family and nabbing a great cheaper-than-retail price! We’re talking a range of boxes loaded with premium local meat (with lamb, pork, beef, quail, chicken, and snags in the mix), with the option to add on a veggie box for $65 too. You can also grab individual cuts and preparations, family meals by chef Jason Peppler, and even opt for a discounted rate on a monthly subscription! The Stores

The Stores’ FreshBoxes are all priced at $44, and come in fruit, veggie, salad, and mixed produce options (as well as a deli box with cured meats, cheeses and olives for $80). A huge selection of amazing produce, deli goods, cheeses, and kitchen staples are also online and available to be added to your order, making The Stores a one-stop tasty shop.

Suncoast Fresh

Known for supplying the goods to Brisbane’s top restaurants, Suncoast is now offering boxes for us mere mortals to enjoy at home! Options include basics, staples, fruit and veggie boxes, and a combo box, as well as some good karma in the form of a donated box, which goes straight to Lighthouse Care or OzHarvest to distribute. Goodies to add on include sourdough by The Bread Social, Maleny Dairies milk, and free-range eggs. Delivery for these bad boys is free when you spend over $65, or $10 otherwise, plus you can opt to pick-up! Read more here.

Echo Valley Farm

‘Good for the animal, good for the land, good for the farmer and good for you.” Do mottos come more wholesome than that!? Echo Valley offers a range of meat, fruit and veggie boxes, restocked every Sunday, as well as eggs, fresh and cured meat, bread, honey, and more, direct from the growers out in the Goomburra Valley! Alphabet Cafe

We’re in the midst of Strange Times indeed, so lucky Alphabet Cafe in West End has named a produce box after them! Strange Times boxes include a weekly hodge-podge of great available veggies pulled together from local growers, with add-ons like fruit, crumpets, bread, and sweet treats. Orders open Sundays (and sell out quickly) for pick-up on Fridays. Follow Alphabet on Instagram to stay in the loop. 

Little Clive

Little Clive are open 7 days a week (now including Mondays, Hallelujah!) and have joined  forces with their f+v wholesaler, Fussy Fruit, to offer three produce boxes loaded with favourite fruits and veggies with a couples box, family box, or extra-large family box.
