Drink in the best of spring with these seasonal sips
Beer heads or cocktails? Whichever you prefer to spend your coin on this spring, our city can provide!
Cocktails and spring flavours await you...
Portside Wharf is in full bloom this spring, and we’re forecasting sunshine, seasonal flavours, and a whole lot of cocktails…Â
Between Thursday, October 22 and Tuesday, November 3, Portside Wharf is hosting a special pop-up, showcasing the best of the season across its myriad of bars and eateries.Â
The Gusto di Gianni Moretti pop-up bar is the epicentre of the action, offering waterfront sips and sunshine, a life-sized chess board, and more. Be serenaded by guest pianists playing the floral adorned piano, or snap pictures amongst the floral pop-ups throughout the central plaza.
For the foodies (we know you’re here), enjoy a range of spring eats like Belvedere Bar ‘n’ Grill’s confit duck, @ Mr & Mrs Jones’ lemon tart with viola flowers, or a spritz (or five) at Byblos Bar! On the topic of spring cocktails, Sono Japanese is shaking up a zesty and botanical yuzu garden cocktail, while Pineapple Express will have you covered for breaky the next day with an acai bowl and a round of coffees.Â
Cruisers Alfresco is keeping things healthy and fresh with spring favourites, and is offering a complimentary glass of McWilliams wine alongside its poke bowls, while Dendy Cinemas is slinging a new indulgent white chocolate and raspberry choc top for the sweet tooths to enjoy when the sun goes down…
Portside Wharf is open seven days a week–so spring by to soak it up!Â
