Indulge in this incredible duck dinner plated up by Southside

This is set to be an absolute quacker.

Fish Lane hero Southside is gracing us with a spectacular five-course menu completely focused on duck. 

The menu will feature ten individual duck dishes showcasing this brilliant bird in Southside’s signature style. Enjoy the likes of duck san choi bow with local mushroom and water chestnut, drunken duck with Falls Farm vegetables, and triple-cooked duck with peking sauce, radish and fermented chilli. 

As if that’s not enough to get you going, you’ll also be able to upgrade your banquet with Appellation oysters with crispy duck and blood lime, and XO duck fried rice with shaved truffle. You can even opt to upgrade your main to a half or full roast duck with cumquat and house-made condiments. 

Wine pairings and specials will be available on the night as well as special duck-inspired cocktails such as a duck fat-washed old fashioned.
