Roasted Honey Figs
8 figs, halved (if figs are not in season peaches or nectarines would also work)
2 tbs Vino Cotto
1 cup Pink Muesli
Pinch sea salt
Greek or natural yoghurt to serve
Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place figs (cut side up) on the tray evenly spaced.
Drizzle with even amounts of macadamia honey and a light sprinkle of sea salt.
Take the vino cotto and drizzle it lightly over the top.
Place in the oven for 20-30 mins (depending on size and firmness of figs) or until the figs are soft and caramelised.
Serve on a bed of pink muesli with Greek or natural yoghurt.
