We’ve caught wind of a cocktail that’ll change your winter into a wint-aaahh. Named after the Greek God of the north wind – the Brandy Boreas cocktail recipe has blown in from Odyssey Taverna Café and Bar and it’s working up a storm.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Mataxa 5 Star Brandy
- 15ml Frangelico
- 15ml Crème De Cacao
- 60ml Milk
- Ice
- Cinnamon to garnish
- Combine the Mataxa 5 Star Brandy, Frangelico, Crème De Cacao and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass
- Add a dusting of cinnamon on top for garnish
