Fruity and fab, an acai bowl is the perfect easy-to-prepare and Insta-ready breakfast that packs a serious health punch. 

It’s #fitspo to go, and made for Brisbane’s notoriously humid mornings. Sydney’s Vizio Caffe e Cucina is famous for its gourmet brekkies, and kindly spilt the beans berries on their secret to the perfect acai bowl. You’re welcome. 


1 Banana 100ml Coconut Water 180g Organic Acai Berries 40g Homemade Granola 10g Coconut Flakes 10g Raw Cacao Nibs 10g Goji Berries 10g Chia Seeds

  1. In a blender, combine the Organic Acai Berries, half of the banana and the coconut water and process until it turns into a smooth mixture.
  2. Transfer half of your chosen granola into your bowl.
  3. Pour the Acai mix into the bowl leveling the top.
  4. Garnish with all the remaining ingredients and make it look fabulous!
