Soleil | South Brisbane It’s hard to opt for a winter warming, Christmas-spice cocktail when you’re basking in the summer sun by Soleil’s rooftop pool. Thankfully, Soleil’s master mixers have crafted a potion that will keep you feeling cool and looking Christmassy with its vibrant red and green hues. When it’s garnished with a toasted fruitcake crumb and mistletoe, how could you say no? Spaghetti House | South Brisbane Buon Natale from the clever creators of mouth-watering farfalle! While you’re indulging in some Ragu Alla Bolognese, we definitely recommend you give their Gingerbread Cappuccino Martini a twirl. A potent mix of gingerbread, Kahlua, Baileys, vodka and a shot of espresso, mama mia, is it ever delicious! Cuvee Lounge Bar | Brisbane On the third day of Christmas, our true loves (the magical bartenders at Cuvee Lounge) gave to us three sensationally scrumptious Christmas cocktails! The Fat-Washed Old Fashioned combines rum with Christmas spice infused butter, ginger ale and bitters. Another rummy sip, the Boilermaker 7 blends rum Cointreau, vanilla, James Squire Amber Ale, star anise and burnt orange while alluring Maple Embassy comprises of brandy, rum, maple syrup, lemon juice, nutmeg and a maple glazed lemon wheel garnish.
