Riverbar & Kitchen somehow has the innate ability to crank a summer sesh to another level, and their February pop-up practically breaks the dial. 

Pool Bar will see Riverbar & Kitchen transform into a summer oasis, with free entry all February long. Lounges, inflatable animals and towels give the space a retro poolside vibe, and a fresh pop-up menu provides all the summer eats you need. 

With a little help from Grey Goose, you can expect to see a refreshing menu of cocktails including Frozen Goose slushies with Grey Goose L’Orange, East rosé, strawberry syrup, lemon juice and cranberry juice or the Pool Bar Spritz of Grey Goose Le Citron, Midori, prosecco, and lemonade.

All of this swimming (but, like, not really) will leave you hungry, so be sure to grab a serve of charred corn on the cob with chipotle mayo, classic potato scallops with chicken salt, or a prawn po’boy with lettuce, cucumber, pickled onion and special sauce.

The best way to beat the heat this summer is cold drinks and fresh eats. Riverbar & Kitchen’s Pool Bar are well and truly pool for the summer.
