Paper Daisy’s unmissable seafood charity event

Fishing for your next foodie mission? Paper Daisy is cooking up the perfect charity seafood dinner, and all are invited to attend!

Have you heard it through the daisy chains?

Happy days are here again at Halcyon House’s Paper Daisy restaurant, where four of Brisbane’s biggest chefs will come together on September 4 to cook the ultimate seafood feast in the name of minimal food wastage and charity!

Can I hear an ‘all for one and one for all?’ Aptly named Four Chefs One Mission, this four-course delicious dinner will boast one dish each from top cooks Alastair Waddell (Harvest), Alex Munoz Labart (Restaurant Labart), Jason Saxby (Raes) and Paper Daisy’s very own executive chef Jason Barratt.

The mission, you ask? Not only will the courses be a feast for the senses, but also food for thought, with each chef featuring ingredients and by-products in their meals that would otherwise be left to waste in commercial kitchens.

As if this dinner couldn’t get any more feel good, proceeds from tickets sales will be going to Aussie charity OzHarvest, who help feed hungry mouths while also diverting food waste from ending up in landfill.

Ready to fall head over reels for this seafood dining experience? Rumour has it that an auction to win two nights at the gorgeous Halcyon House will also be up for grabs!

Not buying tickets to this creative and eco-friendly Four Chefs One Mission event? Now that would be a waste.
