Now that we’ve got rid of the spoil sports, we’re here to share the best news you’ll hear all day. The Waterloo Hotel is combining our two favourite winter drinks into one indulgent tipple. Forget everything you know about mulled wine, Brisbane’s about to head to a whole new level as we welcome Hot Chocolate Mulled Wine. That’s right. Hot. Chocolate. Mulled. Wine. Yes, it is exactly what it sounds like, and yes it is as amazing as it sounds. And to be frank, we’re not quite sure how we’ve lasted so long without it. The Waterloo Hotel has just received a makeover and unveiled a sexy new cocktail menu to go with it. In that menu, contains the single greatest amalgam of deliciousness that has ever been created.  Now we can finally enjoy our favourite childhood drink with our favourite grown up drink, and we plan to consume nothing else until September (probably for several months afterward too).  And just to make your day that little bit sweeter, we’ve even got the recipe so you can try your bartending skills at home.
