Market Stall of the Week: The Chocolate Komberry

Remember last week we mentioned deep-fried chocolate filled desserts? Well, Chocolate Komberry Co is the cute, revamped kombi turned food van fulfilling all of our deepest, darkest dessert dreams with their cronuts each week (after we’ve met our nutritional needs, of course). If you haven’t heard of the miracle that is the cronut, it’s basically half croissant, half donut, and all delicious.  Deep fried buttery pastry stuffed with gooey, molten chocolate and smothered in creamy sauce, the cronut will have you licking your fingers and begging for more.  Whoever said you can have too much of a good thing never tried one of these bad boys. And the Chocolate Komberry has more than one version of the indulgent treat (though this could be a problem if you find yourself unable to choose and end up with them all).  Choose from weekly creations like chocolate and crème patisserie, minty peppermint aero bar, dark chocolate and pistachio or caramel and cream, all equally diabetes inducing and crazily good. If you just can’t handle so much deliciousness in one hit, there’s also strawberries dipped in 70% cocoa chocolate that are pretty good too. Us, we’ll be face first in a cronut.
