Market stall of the week: I Love Mushrooms

Vegetarians and mushroom enthusiasts gather round. Making regular appearances at Brisbane markets is a stall dedicated to bringing you all the shroomy delights you can fathom. Specialising in the earthy goodness that is the mushroom, I Love Mushrooms are frying them up and selling them straight to the people (with flavours so delicious we’re not sure it’s legal). We picked up our fix sautéed with a side of lamb shank, the perfect combo to peruse the markets with. Also not being ones to discriminate, we shared a mushroom cup, and got some fresh ones to take home. You know, in case of midnight mushroom cravings. These geniuses stock a wide range of traditional and exotic mushrooms perfect for that mixed mushroom risotto you’ve been planning on cooking up, or in our case, on toast for every meal of the day.
