There’s no denying it, bacon is the superhero of the meat world. Teaming up with the brekky boys to fight hanger by day, and transforming basic burgers and pasta dishes into something hamazing by night. And like a beacon of bacon, B’coz Bacon have come along to solve all our crispy bacon cravings! Why? Because, well, bacon! Now, these guys certainly don’t take any ‘shortcuts’ when it comes bacon this magical meat special, using grass-fed beef, top quality bacon, hand-cut chips and local sourdough bread – just the kind of market food we all like to pig out on! Try not to squeal as you read over their menu – The Kevin Burger will delight your taste buds with a bacon-infused patty (yes, you read correctly) and strips of crispy bacon, whereas the Baby got BRAT (think thick cut bacon with a panko crumb, topped with rocket, avocado and tomato) is sow delicious you’ll want to hog it all to yourself! Top your burger off with thrice baked fries seasoned with bacon, parmesan and herbs and you’ll bring a new meaning to pork belly! You can find the B’coz Bacon food truck porked at the Boundary Street Markets each weekend from 5pm, but if that’s not enough bacon for you don’t worry, they’re planning to pop up at other spots around town.
