Brisbane, you’re getting lucky. Oh yes, the Lucky Egg is cracking open it’s shipping container shell and entering the world on Thursday June 25. Laid in the heart of Fortitude Valley, this new eatery and it’s fairy light lit courtyard will provide a casual setting for egg-celent eats. The house specialty here is chicken. Finger lickin’ good chicken, that will leave you b-egging for more. Both the Buffalo Crispy burger and individual portions of buttermilk coated, free range, locally sourced fried chicken have that sweet perfectly-seasoned-fried-chicken crunch, that will have you spraying blue cheese sauce across the courtyard as you shout ‘ARE YOU YOLKING ME?’ in eggs-tasy. lucky egg fortitude valley restaurants 2 Looking for something a little more egg-citing? How about Dorito crumbed popcorn chicken or gooey mozzarella sticks. Stingy chicken lovers can grab fifty cent wings on Wednesdays while the sweet tooths will lose their feathers over Portugese-style donuts on Thursdays. Sounds like a cracking week to us! Lucky Egg cracks open on June 25, dishing up fast feeds from Wednesday to Friday from 11am – late and Saturday 6pm-late. For those early birds, 2 for 1 wings and 2 for 1 burgers are available from 5pm until late on opening day.
