Bringing authentic New York style bagels to Brisbane, Bagel Boys owners and creators Ian and Ben are slowly taking over Brisbane. Their bagels are made in the traditional method of kettle boiling and then baking, but really, all you need to know is that they are pretty darn delicious.
For your basic bagel to take home and just slather in butter, there are 11 different flavors to choose from, with everything from poppy seed to a cinnamon and raisin doughy delight, as well as gluten-free rolls. But the filled bagels are where it’s really at. No matter your preference, the boys have you covered, with classics like the Smoked Salmon with salmon, cream cheese, capers, rocket and a zesty sauce or The Reuben, packed with pastrami, swiss cheese, spicy red cabbage and a whole lot of pickles.
