The adventurous connoisseur won’t be disappointed, with a rotating menu of seasonal house cocktails made with ingredients like quandong, wattleseed, fig and frangipani, all served in unique designer glassware. Leave your comfort zone behind with the likes of Whisky Wax Coffee (Australian whisky with ground coffee, macadamia oil and bee pollen syrup) or Bone Marrow Whisky (a blend of whisky, port, honey, tea and orange with marrow that is cooked with a blow torch).

For the less adventurous among us, there’s always a carefully curated selection of house red, white and sparkling wines, along with local craft beer and cider, while the charcuterie cabinet set in the back wall might tempt you with rare offerings like venison, buffalo and wild boar.
