It’s all about the gnocchi at Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers, who’ve upgraded from their market stalls and pop-ups around town to a cosy bricks and mortar restaurant on Given Terrace, with more gnocchi on the menu than ever before.
All made fresh in house daily, this gnocchi is fluffy, melt-in-the-mouth and served up in flavoursome house made sauces. Out the back in the gnocchi production line, organic potatoes from Tasmania are peeled and mashed before being turned into the brothers famous gnocchi, ready to be served up in one of their six delicious sauces like slow cooked duck ragu and a fresh prawn and cherry tomato sauce.
Alongside every bowl you’ll get fresh ciabatta bread to mop up all that delicious sauce, with gluten free gnocchi also available at no extra cost and sides of deep fried mince stuffed olives, thick cut potato chips with truffle salt or a fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil caprese salad. If you’ve still got room, vanilla panna cotta, ricotta cannoli or tiramisu will sate any left over cravings.
