Freja’s gone; enter Elska! Since shutting up their incredibly popular breakfast spot, owners Nathan and Freja Dunnell have launched Elska to the Wilston scene, offering a hyper-seasonal degustation experience Thursdays-Sundays.
While the menu is extremely responsive to what’s in season and looking good, diners can expect Nordic-style plates featuring Aussie ingredients, like squid crackers with gold band snapper liver mousse and dill powder, and local scallops with fennel and finger lime.
At just $110 a head for the degustation and wine matching available from $60, Elska’s a big-spirited fine diner waiting to be explored.
