For a small, cosy suburban Brisbane restaurant in Albion, Artie and Mai has some pretty gourmet eats. Named after the owner’s children (aww, cute!), the restaurant dishes up delicious breakfasts and lunches to its adoring north side fans, with creative eats that change with the seasons.
For breakfast, tuck into plates like banana French toast with salted caramel and candied bacon ice cream, while for lunch, the steak sandwich with mushrooms, blue cheese and crispy onion rings is a must do. Pair it all with coffee, juices, milkshakes or a local brew and relax in the rustic dining room.
Artie and Mai bring the day to a close with their delicious dinner menu, available 3 days a week – $15 pizza nights on Thursdays, happy hour on Fridays and wrapping up their night hours on Saturdays. Enjoy a serving of gourmet fish tacos or fish and chips, and finish off the night right with a plate of waffles.
