The Star Casino’s signature Japanese dining venue, Kiyomi, launched their new Omakase menu earlier this week and we think it’s a must for all our devoted foodies.
This culinary event, prepared personally by head chef, Winson Law features a 20-course menu and saké flight, and is exclusive to just eight diners (yes, eight!) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.
It’s set to be an intimate and indulgent venture into traditional Japanese cuisine, while injecting a burst of fresh energy that’s sure to impress. Guests will not only get to savour dishes not on the current menu, but they’ll also get a first-hand look at some of the secrets behind the dishes skilfully curated in the Kiyomi kitchen.
To stir even more excitement into this unique dining experience, the 20-course degustation menu will be a complete surprise! But here’s a hint… think Maguro Tataki with seared tuna, pickled mushroom and carbonized leek aioli, and grilled black cobia with Japanese curry butter. Divine!
While the food may be unknown (in the best way!), guests will also enjoy a flight of premium saké from Kiyomi’s very own collection.
