Daytrip to Italy’s coast with this pop-up celebration of summer

Sunnies, straw hat and sunscreen at the ready!

In prime position over the river on Eagle Street Pier, Kingsleys Brisbane is transporting Brisbanites to Positano with their Italian Staycation pop-up, offering up two dining options and a collection of stunning seasonal sips available until the end of January.

For a delightful day trip for two, keep things casual and opt for a shared antipasto platter laden with Italian salumi, cheese, marinated veggies, olives and grissini plus two Quincy seltzers for just $50. Paired with Kingsleys’ stunning river views, you’ll be feeling that Amalfi breeze (trust us)!

For an extended gustatory vacay, the pop-up is also offering up a three-course menu with a drink on arrival for $95pp. Start off with a shared antipasto platter before moving on to a Moreton Bay bug and vongole risotto with preserved lemon, green peas and rocket, and finish off your trip with Kingsleys’ take on lemon meringue: limoncello curd, violet meringue, mustazzoli and torched lemon meringue gelato—va bene

A dedicated cocktail list is also imparting an Italian essence into Kingsleys’ wider offering, so yes, you can enjoy a Staycation cocktail with your go-to steak order.

For an Amalfi holiday without the packing, passport and plane seat, head to Kingsleys’ Italian Staycation pop-up before it packs up and heads home at the end of January! Learn more and book in here.
