We’ve dug up the best spots in Brisbane to dine (or drink) with your pooch by your side. One bonus? You won’t be the only one feeling husky after that eggs benny. 

CRIBB STREET SOCIAL | MILTON 

Is there anything sweeter than quality time with man’s best friend? Um, yes. We’re surprised you had to ask. Cribb Street Social’s profiterole and éclair tasting plate clearly takes the cake – oh, and your fur baby gets to tag along. 

ALL INN BREWING CO. | BANYO  

This tin-shed brewery is a must when it comes to kicking back on a Sunday arvo. While you’re grabbing a bite from a food truck, Fido will be sniffing out some new mates.  

THE SCRATCH | MILTON 

Itching for a beer? Take that belly scratch to The Scratch, where you can BYO food and four-legged friend. They have a pant, you have a pint – everyone’s happy. 

ARCHER’S BUNKER | SPRING HILL 

Bunker down: with a pup portrait on the wall and your furry friends welcome in this underground bar, you won’t need to leave any time soon. Archer’s Bunker is stocked to the brim with their own in-house beer; prepare to feel ruff the next morning. 

SASSAFRAS CANTEEN | PADDINGTON 

Grab a cheeky beer in the courtyard of Sassafras while your pup’s roaming around. With booze from Newstead Brewing Co. and Green Beacon Brewing Co., there’s never been a better time to crack open a cold one in the garden.  

COPPERFACE JACKS | WEST END 

We take our beer furry seriously, and Copperface Jacks never disappoints. Bring your fluffiest wingman down to the beer garden as you enjoy a pint of Guinness and some sneaky shared fries. 

TODD AND PUP | TARRAGINDI 

Cafe by day, bar by night – kick back with a burg and some wings while your best mate is lapping up the good life at Todd and Pup. Open from 5pm–8:30pm on Friday and Saturday nights, weekends are for the good boys.  

PIGGY BACK CAFE | JINDALEE  

Located in the leafy ‘burb of Jindalee, all little piggies are welcome at this cute cafe. Offering puppycinos and dog-friendly ice cream for all four-legged friends (bacon flavour anyone?), tails will be a-waggin’ at Piggy Back.  

LITTLE BLACK PUG CAFE | MT GRAVATT  

If the adorable name doesn’t give it away, this sunny cafe was created by dog lovers, for dog lovers. Let your furry friend enjoy a doggy biscuit while you enjoy their inventive dog-inspired eats (we’re hollering at you, Dog’s Breakfast).  

WOOFISSIMO | MACGREGOR 

No need to BYO dog to Woffissimo – with dog pics and dog sculptures littered in every corner, you’ll feel like you’re surrounded with 100s of new besties anyway. Own a dog? Bring them along to snack on a range of dog-friendly biscuits, muffins, and drinks. Dog owners this nice deserve a good pat on the back, seriously.  

SUBURBAN SOCIAL CAFE AND BAR | CHAPEL HILL   

They like big mutts and they cannot lie. With rotating local beers, tonnes of tasty bites, and a sunny outdoor area, Suburban Social is a pawfect neighbourhood hangout for chews and brews with your furry friend.  

BLACK LAB COFFEE | TARRAGINDI   

Another giveaway namesake, we shiz-tzu not this cutesy coffee hub is heckin’ obsessed with doggos (one sniff of their Instagram will prove it). Named after their gorgeous black lab Audrey, who you can also catch lounging around the cafe, you won’t be barking up the wrong pedigree with this dog-friendly spot.  

BADMINTON BREW | MOUNT GRAVATT 

Coffee and croissants. Need we say more? Stop your pup from drooling over your delish treats and earn some serious bonus points by spoiling him with a freshly brewed puppycino. It’s the leash you could do.  

GOODNESS GRACIOUS | GRACEVILLE  

Positioned near lush parks and superb walking tracks, this cosy cafe is the prime locale for pre- or post-brunch walkies. Succumb to those puppy-dog eyes and treat your fur babies to a tub of pup-friendly ice cream.  

This town’s really gone to the dogs – and we love it.
