We were doing a great (okay… good) job of sticking to our 2020 diets until we heard that loaded bratwursts have arrived at Munich Brauhaus South Bank and The Bavarian locations including Eagle Street Pier, The Barracks, Chermside and more! Combining deliciously quirky flavours with iconic German snags, these dogs are smothered, covered, and loaded to perfection. 

Prepare for a party in your mouth with the Mexican-style Chilli Dog piled high with chilli con carne, queso, tomato, onion salsa and jalapeños. The Korean Spicy K Dog incorporates umami kimchi slaw, sesame seeds and spring onions, stuffed and stacked onto a kielbasa sausage in a brioche bun.

Over in the land of all things cheesy and fried, the American-inspired Mac & Cheese Dog comprises of a cheese kransky topped with macaroni and cheese, crispy fried onion, and BBQ sauce. 

For the indecisive snag-lovers struggling to choose just one (we get you), dig into the Mega Loaded Dog – three bratwursts in a fluffy bun with the toppings from all three loaded brats – woof!
