Wildernis Rooftop Bar | Palm Beach There’s nothing we love more than upending a cocktail in front of the finest rooftop views. Hey, we’ll even venture out into the Wildernis for the right beachfront martini. The popular Palm Beach café has just risen to new heights with an off-the-hook rooftop bar – we’re thinking new weekend hang? Main Street Burger Bar | Broadbeach After making waves in Byron, Main Street is gearing up to open its second location in Broadbeach (or searing up, amiright?). Head to Oasis Shopping Centre for all that burger-y, meaty (and non-meaty) deliciousness paired with belly-stretching shakes and cheeky cocktails. You can expect an official opening date mid May. Mr Bengel | Palm Beach Presenting Mr Bengel – another pseudonym plucked from the mind of the owner of Gold Coast favourites, Justin Lane and Harry’s Steak Bistro and Bar. This new addition to the southern Gold Coast offers an all-rounder menu chock-full of hearty, tasty food with a side of excellent service (and damn good coffee). Poké Poké | Mermaid Beach If you haven’t been eating breakfast, lunch and dinner under a rock for the past few months, you’ll know that poké bowls are all the rage right now. Get hooked on the trend with a poké-dedicated spot right on Mermaid Beach! Fresh seafood, we choose you. Havana | Tugun Tugun locals will wave goodbye to daytime venue, Groove Café, and say a big hello to the new-and-improved Havana, which will offer brekkie, lunch and dinner options we’re positively drooling over. It’s Cuban vibes all around at this tropical getaway spot. Opening date is set for mid-year, so save those frequent flyer points and jetset to Havana. We’re in the golden age of dining, people.
