Festival alert! Fish Lane to be Flooded with new Food

Our favourite laneway is coming of age with the second annual Fish Lane Festival lineup set tone even bigger and better than last year. We didn’t think it was possible, but there’s even MORE food this year, with restaurants including Naim on Melbourne, La Lune Wine Co and Chu The Phat joining the party on Saturday May 13. If you’re feelin’ thirsty, there’s plenty of options at the festival with pop-ups like the Ketel One Espresso Martini Bar (YASS) and the Sofi Spritz Mobil if you wanna get your spritz on! Don’t forget Fish Lane’s original gangstas, Julius Pizzeria will be serving up plenty of gnocchi and rigatoni (#carbheaven) and Saccharomyces Beer Cafe’s chicken wings and nachos have us drooling already! To satisfy your sweet tooth hit up 31 Degrees’s homemade s’mores (seriously, melted marshmallow and chocolate? Give. Us. More!) or try out Gelato Messina’s one-time-only custom creation for the festival. Cocktails. Cheese. Carbs. Chocolate. All of our favourite things in one place – could this be heaven on earth? Once you can’t eat anymore, take your food baby for a stroll down the laneway and soak up the culture of Fish Lane’s new public art installation, or have a boogie to some of the DJ’s sweet tunes. We’re still waiting on the full entertainment line up, but with THREE stages of awesome (one more than last year!) we know we’re in for a treat. And yes, it’s still FREE! It’s fully licensed, but totally family friendly with minors welcome with a parent or guardian. So mark it in your diary, May 13 – and check back in with us regularly to keep updated!
