Riverbar x Pool Bar | Riverbar and Kitchen

Never failing to deliver good times, great vibes and amazing eats and bevs, Riverbar is taking things to the next level this February with Pool Bar. Not having an actual pool won’t stop them from throwing a month-long party celebrating all things summer. With retro poolside vibes thanks to lounges, inflatable animals, towels, and a fresh pop-up menu with stunners like prawn po’boys with lettuce, cucumber, pickled onion and special sauce, Riverbar is getting a little help from Grey Goose to shake, stir and pour endless summer sips. Get ready to dive in, with free entry every single day of February. 

February Gelato Specials | La Macelleria Locations

The wild and wonderful range of gelato at La Macelleria’s four inner-city locations always has us excited, but this February we’re even more pumped than usual to try their quirky creations. A vegan oat milk gelato infused with Industry Beans coffee will arrive at La Macelleria stores for the month of Feb, giving a decadent dairy-free option to coffee lovers out there! February will also see milk tea flavoured gelato with bubble tea pearls land at La Macelleria, available at Teneriffe on February 8, West End on February 15, Coorparoo on February 22, and King Street on February 29. 

One Night Only Series | Bacchus 

Shining a light on quality Aussie produce while raising much-needed funds for Rural Aid and those affected by drought and fires, The One Night Only Series will see five talented chefs enter the Bacchus kitchen to deliver four nights of gourmet feasting! On Thursday, February 6, acclaimed chefs Alastair McLeod and Matt Golinski will join Bacchus head chef Massimo Speroni to deliver a degustation menu heavy on Queensland flavours. Whether you’re taking your S.O. out for a romantic candle-lit date or you’re living your best single life, eateries across Brisbane are serving up some exquisite Valentine’s Day menus that have us drooling. Vintaged Bar + Grill and Sofitel Brisbane Central have something for all of you gourmets out there, while hotspots like One Fish Two Fish and Victoria Park Bistro will ensure you share a chilled out (and extremely tasty) V-day with the one you love. 

50 Best Tasting | Fantauzzo Hotel

If you’re A) a vino connoisseur or B) enjoy pulling faces and swirling your glass in an attempt to look like you know what you’re doing, you’re invited to sample Australia’s 50 best wines of 2019 on Thursday, 20 February! Equal parts refreshing and romantic, the February ‘rita of the month at El Camino Cantina is sure to get hearts racing. The ‘Sweet Heart’ margarita is a raspberry-flavoured concoction based on Chambord and garnished with candied love hearts. The berry yummy treat will be available all month long.
