Finally something for our boozy vegan friends! Urbane’s Head Chef, Alejandro Cancino, and Yalumba’s Head of Winemaking, Louisa Rose, have teamed up to curate a three course, vegan-friendly feast, celebrating fresh and sustainable produce. Each course will be matched with a vegan wine as the two culinary masterminds talk about the importance of sustainability in cooking and winemaking alike . Tickets are $120 and can be purchased here.
