Taking over the Valley’s Restaurant Dan Arnold on September 17, the dinner will be hosted by Alister and Hayley Purbrick (fourth and fifth generation custodians of Tahbilk) and will be the perfect opportunity to learn all there is to know about wine and sip on marsanne, cab sauv, shiraz, and more!
We’re secretly just as excited for the food–a French-inspired feast with quail, corn, black garlic, and leek as the star of the show, alongside a variety of fromage to finish.
