One of our favourite spots for a beer, Saccharomyces Beer Cafe is turning five at the end of November, and hosting a very special dinner in celebration!
On Thursday, November 26, with the help of Sea Legs Brewing Co., SBC will serve up a delicious three-course meal with brews to match! The first course of the evening will be a smoked salmon and potato salad, paired with the Market Pantry sour, followed by a rich smoked and baked lamb noisette with black olive tapenade ratatouille, alongside everyone’s favourite nitro milk stout.
Dessert will see Sea Legs’ very special birthday cake IPA come to play, matching the vanilla ice-cream birthday cake bomb to leave everyone on a sugar high! Tickets to the event are $81, and can be purchased here.
