After the success of their first Red Fish Blue Fish dinner collaboration with Ben Williamson, One Fish Two Fish is dishing up a second edition on Wednesday, June 26, featuring celebrated chef Philip Johnson.

E’cco bistro owner and operator Philip Johnson will combine his iconic modern Australian style with One Fish Two Fish’s head chef Daniel Miletic to plate up a coastal European experience, blending flavours from the French Riviera to the Amalfi Coast.

Red Fish Blue Fish will deliver a stunning three-course shared feast, showing off their array of fresh produce and bold flavours. Dishes include a decadent spanner crab linguine, razor prawn ravioli, braised blue-eye trevalla, and an indulgent banana tart with rum and raisin ice cream to finish. Diners have the option of paired beverages, which will feature and mix of Australian and French wines.

The intimate evening is set to bring the European summer and all its beautiful flavours to the plate, with a little help from a legendary Brisbane chef.
