Meet Billy, the butcher from Meat at Billy’s, and Tim, the farmer from Eggcettera, and hear all about the production of their delicious saltbush fed lamb. They’ll even give you all the information you need to about buying lamb and what goes on behind the scenes before it ends up in your fridge. All that talk of food is bound to make you hungry but not to worry, Alphabet Café, Ugly Food Co and For The Pickles are putting together an amazing dinner to keep you satisfied. Dinner will be served from 5pm with the talk beginning at 6:30pm.
