Your gut’s gonna love you! 

Join presenter, author and Green Living Australia’s resident expert Valerie Pearson for a workshop all about gut health and fermentation! 

Learn the ins and outs of the fermentation process from a master, and you can soon be making your own kimchi or sauerkraut! Valerie will also be giving tips on dairy and non-dairy yoghurt making, quark, kefir, and everyone’s favourite, kombucha. 

Tickets to the workshop are $30, and are redeemable towards Green Living Australia products at Marcia’s on Montague, where the workshop will take place.
