Not content with just pouring some of Brisbane’s best coffee and dishing up delish breakfasts to boot, Botero is kicking off the first of many degustation dinners! Their first event will be dedicated to Japanese flavours, delving into dishes made with seaweed, miso, and tare. Chef Tom Monk has forged a 6 course exclusive menu for the night, with plenty of locally sourced seafood on the line-up, and two seatings at 5.45pm and 8.00pm. If you’re a fan of the up and coming Adelaide Street cafe and restaurant, this is one epic dinner you won’t want to miss.
