From the creative minds at one of Fortitude Valley’s most ambient Italian dining destinations comes an experience that Italian food aficionados are guaranteed to adore!
Eterna‘s brand-new Chef’s Table menu is equally alluring as it is exclusive: for only $65, guests are granted a two-course dinner featuring premium Australian seafood and a storytelling experience prepared and presented by head chef Francesco Vitagliano.
Hailing from Naples, Vitagliano cultivated his culinary skills working at several of Rome’s top restaurants before joining the Eterna team. His personally curated Chef’s Table menu is centred around fresh, locally sourced seafood commencing with Mooloolaba prawns served tartare-style with baby Roma tomatoes, burrata, a citrus emulsion, pistachio and a dramatic squid ink tuille.
The second course sees a wild-caught Northern Territory rock lobster cooked in flames alongside your table and served with house-made spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon zest and bottarga in a luxurious seafood bisque (we’re actually drooling…).
For an even more premium experience, each menu item has both a wine and cocktail pairing suggestion from Eterna’s bar team which, let’s face it, you’d be crazy to skip!
This must-try experience is available to limited guests every Tuesday to Thursday, so make sure to dive in and secure your spot by booking early.
