EAT ME

Looking for an indulgent menu guaranteed to fill you up? Search no further! With two filled-to-the-brim banquets on offer for either $45pp or $65pp, Chu The Phat has got your weekend menu sorted. Dishes include coral coast barramundi in a coconut turmeric sauce, wagyu dumplings, fried chicken ribs and, your classic, vegetable.  spring. rolls. You can also add extras to your banquet to cultivate your perfect taste sensation.

Gourmand | Teriyaki Chicken Banh Mi from Mister Bui | Nundah 

If you’re in the market for a scrumptious on the go lunch (and let’s face it, who isn’t), Mister Bui in Nundah is serving up freshly made banh mis Monday to Saturday. Think crunchy baguettes, tangy flavours and refreshing vegetables. Add on a drink and a spring roll for an extra $4 and you’ve got yourself the ultimate meal deal. 

Hot tip: They also do an epic bacon & egg banh mi! 




DRINK ME

Need a little pick me up after the week that’s been? Keep yourself awake and the party alive with an Espresso Martini from Gerard’s Bar. Delight in this martini’s unique combination of cardamom syrup and pistachio orgeat for an aromatic twist on a classic cocktail. 

Hot tip: Order the sumac spiced fries!

Gourmand | $10 late-night cocktail menu at Dapple & Waver | Toombul 

We all know the feeling of enjoying a few (or more) cocktails on a night out, only to discover the next morning, in horror, how much money we spent on a few fruity drinks. But never fear, for a hangover that will only affect your head and not your bank account, Dapple & Weaver are offering a $10 late-night cocktail menu. That’s right, from 7pm on Fridays and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday  the prices are slashed on a selection of your favourite beverages so you can enjoy your martinis and spritzers without denting your wallet. Yay! 

Hot tip: If you’re feeling peckish, the duck spring rolls and karaage mushroom are a must!
