Sweet artisan Double Good is bringing decadent desserts to Brisbane, opening at Eat Street Northshore tomorrow.

G&G got the inside scoop (and a taste test!) this week, and we gotta say – Double Good is the real deal, and sure to melt the hearts of fellow sweet lovers. Prepare to drool over the watermelon soft serve, featuring a sexy slice of watermelon overfilled with all-natural watermelon gelato. Sweet, refreshing, and everything we love about spring in Brissie. If your tummy isn’t rumbling already, it will be once you feast your eyes on the Black Elvis – a black sugar cone oozing with activated charcoal coconut soft serve.

And then there’s the funnel cakes – cooked to order and topped with bold soft serve flavours – bringing all your carnival food dreams to life. Perfect for those who are perpetually indecisive, Double Good is also launching an eight flavour soft serve machine.

The first of its kind to grace our Australian shores, it’ll be serving up flavours like pistachio, butter pecan, birthday cake, dutch chocolate, strawberry cheesecake, blue raspberry, burnt orange and fairy floss.  Pick your favourite flavour or combine them ALL.

Sweet dreams are surely made of these. Get down to Double Good when the doors open at 4pm Friday to be the first to try their exclusive treats, not available anywhere else in Queensland.  Look out for the matte black, baby blue and hot pink VW parked in Kombi Alley!
