Brisbane’s best gourmet staycations
Sometimes the best way to experience your city is to act like a visitor!
Picture yourself sipping pretty on pink bubbles, decadent bites, and banging views.
A seasonal staple in its own right, Customs House’s pop-up bar is bringing back the Moët Rosé Garden for spring evenings spent overlooking the Brisbane River!
Blooming up from Friday, October 2, the Moët Rosé Garden is set to feature an array of pink-hued wines including Moët Rosé Impérial NV, Veuve Clicquot and Rameau d’Or, as well as rosé sangria and a Chandon Cosmopolitan cocktail based on Chandon rosé.
Snacks-wise, your old mate the Moreton Bay bug croissant is a go, available with chips and truffle aioli and a glass of Moët Rosé Impérial for a tidy $40!
Other bites on the cards include crispy pumpkin flowers stuffed with goat’s cheese and sundried tomatoes, steamed duck buns, and fried olives with truffle aioli.
If you’re pining for the perfect Insta moment, the Moët Rosé Garden’s floral domes are begging to be the supporting role in your next shot (and you don’t even need to book them to nab a seat inside!).
Customs House’s pop-up seasonal paradise will open from 4 pm until late on Friday and Saturday, and from 2 pm till 8 pm on Sundays—spring to it!
