Clink a glass at Veuve Clicquot’s Customs House pop-up this winter

So, how does a trip to the French Alps sound?

Another season, another unmissable pop-up bar at Customs House! This time, luxe champagne house Veuve Clicquot is returning for a French Alps-style winter pop-up from Friday, July 24.

The winter paradise will be complete with pop-up igloo chalets (by the Brisbane River, no less) and all the food and booze you could ever want. We’re talking glasses of Veuve Clicquot NV for $22 and bottles for $120, alongside bottles of Veuve Clicquot Rosé and Veuve Clicquot 2008 Vintage. 

Now, before you ask…Yes, the Moreton Bay bug croissants are back! For the duration of the pop-up, you can feast on a citrus-poached Moreton Bay Bug croissant with lime mayo, chips with truffle aioli, and a glass of Veuve Clicquot Brut for just $40! Other nibbles on offer include  Hervey Bay scallops with cauliflower puree and chorizo crumb, and whole baked brie with thyme and crostini. 

Everyone is welcome at the Veuve Clicquot Chalet, and individual chalets for a maximum of six people can be reserved from Fridays and Saturdays from 4 pm, and Sundays between midday and 5 pm. Head here to learn more and to book!
