Every Sunday afternoon this March, kick back with a combination of two of the most delicious things under the sun, Bombay Sapphire gin and Gelato Messina at Byblos.

It’s the combination we never knew we needed, but now can’t believe we ever lived without. From 3-7pm enjoy salted coconut mango salsa, lemon, pandan coconut, pear and rhubarb, passionfruit and blood orange gelato infused cocktails.
